Employment Type Full-time Requirements Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for interacting with patients and delivering excellent customer service Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans Experience using Open Dental software High school diploma or GED Job Description Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow efficiently Answer phone calls, respond to texts and emails promptly to address patient inquiries Explain treatment plans, financial options, and insurance benefits clearly to patients Verify insurance benefits and prepare detailed breakdowns Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Collect patient payments and post insurance payments accurately Benefits Benefits include 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and paid holidays Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: Closed About the Practice Name: Smile Brite Dental Location: 4975 S FT APACHE RD, Las Vegas, NV 89148
