Position Benefits CoordinatorThis position includes managing and supporting employee benefits programs, including the management of 401(k) plans, and to assist with various HR-related tasks. This role also involves coordinating company events and contributing to overall HR operations.Essential DutiesManage and support employee benefits programs, including 401(k) and comprehensive health insurance plansCoordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communicationsAssist with HR administration, including documentation, onboarding, and record-keepingProvide general HR support to employees and managementContribute to process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee experienceWorking Hours, Working style8 am to 5 pm Full-time / On-siteWorking LocationPeachtree City, GASalary/Benefit$40,000 – $60,000 Health Insurance, Retirement Plan Holidays Paid holidays as per the company calendarQualificationsExperience with 401(k) administration is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Eager to learn and take on new challenges Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
