Develop revenue-generating opportunities across new markets and verticals Build relationships with key industry players, technology partners, and strategic customers Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor across new US markets and verticals, focusing on GNSS positioning and IoT use cases Contribute to go-to-market strategy by identifying high-value use cases and players Prospect, negotiate, and close multi-year contracts with high-growth partners Understand customer and partner technical requirements and co-design GNSS/IoT solutions Bridge engineering capabilities and commercial needs Maintain partner and market forecasts and review them quarterly with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing Negotiate and manage NDAs, SOWs, RFXs, and MSAs Build lasting senior-level partner relationships Represent customer needs in roadmap and go-to-market discussions with Engineering, Leadership, and Product Marketing Represent Swift at GNSS, IoT, and related technology industry events Bring market and competitive intelligence back to Swift Requirements Proven track record turning market insight into closed, high-value royalty, revenue-share, or subscription-based contracts Experience in tech-driven markets such as silicon, IP, software, or SaaS Solid technical understanding of GNSS positioning technologies, including GPS, GNSS correction services, RTK, and PPP Solid technical understanding of IoT architecture Ability to communicate credibly with engineering teams and technical customers Experience co-designing solutions directly with customers Experience driving product launches with partners from concept to measurable wins Ability to represent Swift to partners and partners to Swift and turn competing viewpoints into aligned decisions Strong internal and external communication skills Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value and vice versa 10+ years of business development, product management, or technical sales experience in GNSS, IoT, or related technical software/hardware markets Hands-on experience or familiarity with GNSS/positioning technology and IoT ecosystems strongly preferred Entrepreneurial and relationship-driven approach; comfortable at strategic and detailed levels Willingness to travel up to 40% at peak times Excellent English communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in GNSS positioning technologies and IoT architecture, with a proven ability to develop revenue-generating opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
