Account Recievable Clerk - Contract - Remote

Remote Billing Clerk Ar Aging Clean-Up Project Location: Remote - Must be on East Coast Project Type: Contract | Duration: 3 Months No Third Parties - Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder Overview: Our client is seeking three highly detail-oriented Remote Billing Clerks to assist with a critical Accounts Receivable (AR) aging clean-up project. The scope involves reviewing and resolving over 9,000 lines of customer order data, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze customer order data for errors and inconsistencies Identify and eliminate duplicate records Validate balances and confirm settlements Determine eligibility for write-offs Process outstanding customer credits in accordance with escheatment regulations Update records and maintain audit-ready documentation Required Qualifications: Proven Accounts Receivable (AR) experience Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar tool Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment Familiarity with financial compliance and reporting standards Preferred Experience: Previous work with large-scale data reconciliation projects Knowledge of state-specific escheatment laws and reporting procedures To apply, send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
