Software Engineer III - Java Full Stack

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 4 years of software development life cycle (SDLC) experience
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Strong knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
• Demonstrated proficiency with software applications and technical processes in a technical discipline, such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems
• Practical cloud-native experience

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions, taking unconventional approaches to solve technical challenges
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others
• Identify ways to eliminate or automate recurring issues to improve software and systems stability
• Lead evaluations with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and suitability for existing systems and information architecture
• Lead software engineering communities of practice to promote awareness and adoption of emerging technologies
• Contribute to a team culture grounded in diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
• As a core technical contributor on an agile team, enhance, build, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products in support of business objectives
