Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs and recovery goals of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the client's circumstances, utilizing therapeutic interventions such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions, focusing on empowering patients through their recovery journey.

• Lead group therapy sessions aimed at providing peer support and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during substance-related emergencies, demonstrating a calm and effective response.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals battling substance use disorders, which may include alcohol, opioids, and other addictive substances. You will engage with patients from diverse backgrounds, offering tailored support that acknowledges their unique challenges and facilitates their recovery journey. Your work will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes by promoting resilience, developing coping strategies, and providing a judgment-free environment for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
