Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to identify client needs and status.

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans that effectively address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide regular therapy sessions, ensuring clients have the guidance and resources to work through their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and compliance with treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client demographic, including individuals dealing with moderate to severe mental health conditions. Often, clients seek help for depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. As a licensed counselor, your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients toward improved mental well-being and healthier coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapy techniques, and cultural competence.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
