We are currently seeking a full-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistan t to report to the President of the company. COMPENSATION:
- Full-time, hourly rate based on skill and experience
- Paid time off

- Possible paid continuing education
- Prepare weekly staff meeting, keep minutes, remind staff about outstanding items
- Enter bills, process check runs in Quickbooks
- Create purchase orders and invoices
- Data-entry of customer contact information and notes
- Answer phones, filing, maintain office supplies
- Filing, maintain office supplies
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and staff
- Attention to detail, organization ability a must
- Accurate data entry skills required
- Candidate should possess excellent computer skills with experience in QuickBooks
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Contributes to team effort by completing necessary tasks, may be asked to assist in other areas
- 5+ year administrative experience preferred
- Able to use and operate a computer with basic Microsoft office required
- Understand accounting principles
- Extensive knowledge of Excel (to combine, sort, and summarize large amounts of data).
