Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client's background, challenges, and goals, developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver therapeutic services, focusing on individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide coordinated, holistic care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and any other relevant information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to stay informed of the latest therapeutic practices and innovations in the field.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and statutory regulations, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining a safe space for client discussions.

• Participate in community outreach activities and workshops aimed at enhancing public awareness of the benefits of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
