Accounting Manager | $110K–$125K + Bonus | Hybrid A rapidly growing, science-driven health and wellness company is looking to add an Accounting Manager to its Finance team. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a growing organization and play a key role in building out the accounting and financial infrastructure supporting its international business.Reporting to the Finance Controller, this person will have significant exposure across accounting, forecasting, inventory, financial reporting, and cross-functional process improvement. What You’ll Do: Lead month-end close activities for the international business, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare and analyze sales, cash, and inventory reports and identify key trends and variances Support international forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling Partner with senior leadership to integrate international business plans into broader company forecasts Work closely with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve financial data integration and reporting Help ensure accurate accounting across third-party distributor platforms and the company ERP Develop and document accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls Support internal and external audit requests Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Assist with broader Finance team initiatives and special projects What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience Experience with reconciliations, inventory, and financial analysis Experience with forecasting and budgeting Strong Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus Annual performance‑based bonus Remote or hybrid flexibility 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision benefits Employer‑paid disability and life insurance Employee ownership This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to take on meaningful responsibility within a growing organization and have a direct impact on the development of its international finance function. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
