Accounting Manager, International – High-Growth Health & Longevity Brand $110K-$125K Base + Bonus | Hybrid 2 days/week A high-growth health and longevity brand is seeking an Accounting Manager, International to join its growing accounting and finance team. The company operates in the premium, science-backed consumer health space and is continuing to scale its international business segment. This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional with strong U.S. GAAP , month-end close, financial reporting, inventory accounting, ERP systems, forecasting, and budgeting experience. Despite the international focus, prior international accounting or IFRS experience is not required, though it would be a plus. Key Responsibilities: Support month-end close, including journal entries, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and segmented management reporting Prepare and review sales, cash, inventory, and order-to-cash reconciliations related to international activity Produce monthly sales and inventory reports while helping ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity Support forecasting and budgeting for the international business, including sales, expense, and growth planning Partner with the Controller, CFO, International VP, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations teams on reporting, forecasts, process improvements, and systems integration Assist with ERP-related data integration between distributor platforms and internal financial systems Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, SOPs, controls, and accounting workflows Qualifications: 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required Strong U.S. GAAP accounting experience required Experience with month-end close, inventory accounting, sales/cash reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting Experience working within an ERP system required; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial models, reporting packages, and large datasets Clear communicator who can present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders International accounting experience is a plus, but not required This is a great fit for someone who wants to join a scaling consumer health business, work closely with the Controller and CFO, and take ownership of accounting and financial reporting for a growing international business segment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
