Our dedicated team includes compassionate caregivers, Care Coordinators, and professional clinical nurses who work together to provide exceptional care and support.Position OverviewA&C Private Home Care is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Home Healthcare Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience in home care coordination, staffing, scheduling, or a related healthcare field and possess strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.This role is critical to ensuring quality client care, caregiver support, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will interact daily with clients, client representatives, caregivers, case managers, and referral sources while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This position also offers an opportunity for professional growth and leadership, including the potential to supervise, mentor, and support Staffing Coordinators as the agency continues to expand.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, screen, interview, hire, and onboard caregiversSchedule caregivers with clients and manage ongoing staffing needsCoordinate and document client visits and caregiver assignmentsConduct routine client wellness and satisfaction check-insAddress and resolve concerns reported by clients, caregivers, case managers, and referral sourcesEnsure caregivers understand and follow care plans, company policies, and proceduresMaintain accurate documentation and communication recordsCollaborate with clinical staff and management to ensure quality service deliveryParticipate in the on-call rotation, including weekends, with a designated weekday offProvide direct care services when emergency coverage is neededAssist with compliance monitoring and caregiver performance managementHelp train, mentor, and support Staffing CoordinatorsAssist management with workflow oversight, quality assurance, and process improvement initiativesMonitor open shifts and staffing needs to ensure timely coverage and client satisfactionQualificationsMinimum of two (2) years of experience in home healthcare coordination, staffing, scheduling, case management support, or a related healthcare fieldPrevious caregiving experience requiredSupervisory, training, mentoring, or leadership experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented attitudeStrong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsCurrent CPR/First Aid CertificationCurrent TB Skin Test or TB ScreeningSuccessful completion of a fingerprint background check through FieldPrintPreferred ExperienceMedicaid Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP)Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP)Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)Home care scheduling and caregiver managementHome care compliance and quality assurance processesLeadership OpportunitiesAs A&C Private Home Care continues to grow, this position may include opportunities to:Supervise and support Staffing CoordinatorsAssist with coordinator performance monitoring and coachingHelp train and onboard new office staffParticipate in operational planning and process improvementsContribute to agency growth and service excellence initiativesCompensation & BenefitsStarting Salary: $40,000 per year (commensurate with experience)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany-Paid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanAnnual Bonus PotentialPaid HolidaysPaid Vacation TimePaid Sick Leave (after one year of service)Work LocationNorcross, Georgia (In-Person)Join Our TeamIf you are passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role while making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and caregivers, we encourage you to apply today.A&C Private Home Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
