Job Description

The job requires at least 5 years of experience in business process consulting, problem definition, architecture/design/detailing of processes. It also requires at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, CMDB & Service-Watch skills. The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment. Analytical and communication skills are also required, along with project and talent management experience. The role also requires experience with project management and a desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience with IT service management skills are required.
