Sr. Business Analyst - Remote

Overview: TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have
- 3+ years experience implementing solutions to tackle various business challenges, with extensive expertise using Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio
- Ability to react/produce in an Agile project atmosphere.

- Ability to create action filters, parameters, and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau.

- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Work with Product Owners, developers to translate business needs into Pega case types, workflows, rules, integrations, and UI requirements.
- Diagnose functionatlities within our system applications and help provide trouble shooting and resolution support.
- Create process flows, data maps, wireframes, and interface specifications using Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.
- Produce clear technical documentation including SDDs, SOPs, user guides, and traceability matrices.
- Support release nights and UAT planning, test case validation, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
- Perform data analysis (SQL, Excel Power Query/Pivot) to validate requirements, reporting needs, and system outputs.
- Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies using Jira or Azure DevOps.
