Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Take your expertise as a School Psychologist to the next level with an exciting contract opportunity supporting elementary and secondary campuses for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Two full-time positions are available to collaborate with students and staff, conducting essential assessments and providing behavioral support within a dynamic educational community. The assignment is based onsite, with travel required between designated campuses to address a range of student needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Texas license as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated recent experience in a K–12 school setting
- Proven track record conducting initial evaluations and reevaluations
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) highly preferred
- Adept at managing large caseloads—Plano assignments average around 85 evaluations per school year
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and initiative
- Access to reliable transportation for inter-campus travel
- Availability for full-time, onsite work is a must; remote work is not an option
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a key resource for several campuses, with assignments including either a cluster of elementary schools or a combined elementary and secondary school caseload
- Complete timely and thorough psychoeducational assessments (initial and reevaluations)
- Provide teams with actionable insights for behavioral supports, including developing and monitoring FBAs and BIPs
- Collaborate directly with teachers, administrators, and special education staff to ensure compliance and high-quality student support
- Travel across assigned campuses according to school needs
