Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney - Labor and Employment 
Location: Garden City, NY
Salary: $100K-$160K (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will assist in providing legal support across various practice areas, including litigation, employment law, and personal injury, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching legal issues and drafting legal documents.
• Support senior attorneys in litigation preparation and case management.
• Attend court hearings and client meetings, as needed.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support ongoing cases.
• Maintain organized records and files for all client matters.
• Collaborate with team members on legal projects and cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 1+ years of Labor & Employment Law is required
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in litigation and various areas of law.
