About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting across diverse skill sets including QARA, biology, mechanical engineering, ML, and hardware specialists. This role requires a strategic partner who can work closely with technical teams to identify and fill urgent gaps, as well as lead the recruitment function to ensure the company is staffed with exceptional talent. The Head of Talent Acquisition will be expected to have extensive experience in the field, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to influence both technical team members and company leaders. Key responsibilities for the Head of Talent Acquisition include running expert intakes, building proactive talent pipelines, and enhancing the company's brand to attract diverse talent pools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building exceptional teams and a relentless drive to raise the talent bar. Expertise in technical sourcing and recruitment technology is essential, and a background in BCI/neurotech, biotech, or AI is a plus. The role also involves implementing a data-driven approach to inform organizational processes and creating a positive candidate experience.
