Hydroponics Business Development Consultant

Job Description

The Hydroponics Business Development Consultant will drive client growth and strategic partnerships focused on residential growers and high-income consumers. This role combines hydroponic consulting with business development, supporting operational optimization, expansion and scaling, and sustainability consulting through local site visits and tailored commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze markets and identify opportunities among residential growers and high-income consumers.
Acquire new clients and develop long-term account relationships.
Build and manage strategic partnerships within the hydroponics industry.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with hydroponic consulting services.
Advise clients on operational optimization, expansion and scaling, and sustainability initiatives.
Prepare tailored proposals and support negotiation processes.
Develop revenue forecasts and monitor business development performance.
Conduct local site visits and participate in industry networking activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of hydroponic systems and business development.
Experience with B2B sales and market research.
Proficiency with CRM software and financial modeling.
Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Relationship management and strategic thinking capabilities.
