Project Manager - Nuclear

Project Manager – Nuclear (Contract) Location: St. Lucie Nuclear Plant, Jensen Beach, FL 34957. 1‑year contract (W‑2) with WECTEC Staffing Services. Responsibilities Lead projects to ensure completion by scheduled dates. Create plans, cost analyses, schedules, estimations, and communicate project deliverables and status. Coordinate engineering, construction, and other functional resources to achieve project goals. Lead and coach schedulers, cost engineers, and estimators regarding project significance. Manage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks. Report progress to the onsite manager and maintain project momentum, surface problems and recommendations. Specific Projects Integrated reactor head replacement. Turbine Gantry Crane full replacements for both units, at different stages of the process. Condenser replacements for both units; condenser replacement experience is required. Qualifications Must have experience with P‑6, NEO, and Excel. Willingness to travel to other nuclear sites periodically for outages or planned projects.
