Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, establishing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, continuously tracking progress through regular reviews and adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Deliver teletherapy services to accommodate clients' preferences or those facing mobility challenges, ensuring effective and accessible mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices.

• Actively engage in ongoing professional development, enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging trends in mental health and addiction treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
