Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ needs, abilities, and behaviors through interviews and observational techniques.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans by integrating various data, interests, and psychosocial factors.

• Establish both short-term and long-term therapeutic objectives, collaborating with patients to foster resilience and coping strategies.

• Facilitate therapeutic discussions to encourage patients to express and examine their emotions and behaviors openly.

• Implement, monitor, and adjust tailored treatment programs based on the individual needs of clients, including psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
