Market Access Analyst III

We are seeking a Market Access Analyst III to work in Alameda, CA, to cover a leave of absense. No 3rd party candidates can be considered for this role and it is W2 hourly with Roth Staffing (Ledgent Tech and Ultimate Staffing are divisions of Roth).

Pay Rate: up to $97.29/hr.

Job End Date - 4/11/27

Job Description -

Shift: 9am-5pm Flexible start/end

Possibility to extend or convert: This is to cover an FTE who is taking leave November 3-April 11 th . It's unlikely to be extended but, business needs could change.

Top Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree required (degree concentration flexible based on relevant experience) 3-10 years of professional experience in invoicing, procurement, accounting, legal administration, or operational support, including a minimum of 2 years of direct experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry supporting invoicing, procurement, contract administration, or related operational functions. Invoice processing, validation, and reconciliation experience
2. Experience using Excel to track, analyze, and reconcile financial or operational data. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Excel is the primary tool used for day-to-day responsibilities. Demonstrated experience using: Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
3. Experience communicating with vendors and resolving invoice- or payment-related issues. Comfortable working with large volumes of numerical data and using data to support operational decisions
4. Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills

Strong Plus:

• Direct Market Access Operations experience strongly preferred. Candidates with direct Market Access Operations experience will be prioritized during the review process.
• CBM experience

The Temporary Market Access Analyst will be responsible for providing operational support for the market access function

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support Managed Care invoicing submission & payment processing

· Support tracking purchase requisition open/remaining values

· Support data reconciliation for market access operation programs

· Other special and adhoc projects related to market access as assigned by Market Access Leadersip

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Education:

· Bachelor's degree from a four-year college with concentration in Public Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, Data Management, Law, Finance, Economics and/or Accounting

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

· Documenting Processes and Procedures

· Strong computer skills including advanced Excel and data management skills

· Desired 2 or more years experience in the Healthcare Industry; preferably in Pharmacueticals

· Desired experience with operational aspects of Market Access

· Responds well to shifting priorities by maintaining flexibility and professionalism

· Routinely produces quality work, contributes to efficiency and productivity
