Strategic HR Director for a Mission-Driven Arts Foundation

US Health Partners, LLC

The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation seeks a Director of Human Resources to act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team, providing trusted guidance across all HR disciplines. You will own workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and the full employee lifecycle in a lean, mission-driven nonprofit.

Based in New York, this senior, hands-on role requires discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic advising with day-to-day HR operations,
