PAINTING PROJECT MANAGER | $80,000–$90,000/YEAR

GLISS Staffing is hiring an experienced Painting Project Manager for a growing painting company in Tualatin, OR . We are looking for someone with extensive hands-on painting experience, preferably in residential painting , who is ready to take the lead on projects from start to finish.

This position is ideal for an experienced painter or project manager who understands the industry, knows how to manage crews, and can keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Manage residential painting projects from start to completion
• Schedule and coordinate painting crews
• Assign daily work and ensure crews have the necessary materials and equipment
• Oversee job progress, quality, and productivity
• Communicate with customers and address questions or concerns
• Bid and estimate painting projects accurately
• Review project scopes, materials, labor, and timelines
• Coordinate multiple projects and crews simultaneously
• Conduct job-site visits and ensure work meets company standards
• Track project timelines, labor, and materials
• Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving efficiently
• Ensure crews follow safety procedures and company expectations

SCHEDULE:

• Typically 7:00 AM start time
• Monday–Friday
• End time varies depending on project needs and when the day's work is completed
• Must be flexible to work the hours necessary to successfully manage projects and crews

SALARY:

$80,000–$90,000/year , based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive professional painting experience required
• Residential painting experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience managing or supervising painting crews
• Experience scheduling crews and coordinating multiple jobs
• Experience with bidding, estimating, and project pricing
• Strong understanding of residential painting processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
