Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients in the operating room according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other disciplines.
- Assist with preoperative preparation, intraoperative duties, and postoperative transition as part of the perioperative team.
- Maintain a sterile field, follow aseptic technique, and ensure patient safety and infection control throughout the perioperative period.
- Monitor patient status, hemodynamics, and anesthesia-related parameters; document accurately and communicate changes to the team.
- Collaborate across disciplines to optimize patient flow and outcomes from pre-op through recovery.

Requirements
- Active RN license (state to be verified)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Perioperative or operating room nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work daytime hours, 40 hours per week, in a fast-paced OR setting
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
