This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Houston, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships by managing accounts, generating leads, and driving sales growth. Key daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the sales and operations teams to meet company goals and support business development initiatives.
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth and identify new opportunities
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain positive relationships and resolve client needs
- Skills in Account Management to manage client relationships and ensure retention
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Experience in the rubber or gasket industry is beneficial but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
