Join Our Caring CommunityConviva is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist who is interested in growing with the company and being a part of something great!The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at the Conviva Care Center located at 100 S Zarzamora, San Antonio, TX 78207.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail, Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)Preferred Qualifications:Value-based care model experienceKnowledge of Medical TerminologyExperience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)Bilingual in English and SpanishAdditional Information:This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening programHumana values personal identity protection.
