Job Description
As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain high standards across our people, product, and process. You will be responsible for creating an inviting environment for our diverse customer base, including West Midtown professionals and local fitness enthusiasts. This role requires an active leader who is eager to manage high-volume sales, coach a dynamic crew, and implement strategies to scale the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Recruit, onboard, and train team members ("Cravers") and shift leaders into capable "Juiceristas".
- Operations Management : Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, equipment upkeep, and store key-holding security.
- Product Quality : Ensure precise preparation of all food, wellness shots, cold-pressed juices, and fresh produce prep.
- Guest Experience : Foster an upbeat environment that ensures every guest receives quick, friendly, and exceptional service.
- Inventory & Logistics : Manage vendor ordering, stock control, and cold chain storage for high volumes of fresh produce.
- Financial Performance : Track labor costs, maximize profitability, and handle point-of-sale systems powered by the Toast POS platform.
- Community & Digital : Manage order fulfillment for store pickup, third-party delivery services, catering trays, and mobile app rewards.
- Mim of 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume quick-service restaurant or cafe environment.
- Strong competency in ServSafe safety regulations, stock management, and local health standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality and a sense of humor.
