Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Position Type: Full time

Pay rate: $21.00

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Jobsite Location: Doral, Fl.

Basic duties and responsibilities:

• Balance and close the prior day's daily deposit transactions
• Record Payments in the Daily Report Log
• Review incoming banking transactions and advise credit analyst of payments
  - Previous day composite report
  - Intraday composite report
  - Return / Redeposit
• Post broker payments and direct deposit payments (ACH and Wire payments)
• Filing of documents
• Prepare and process checks
• Prepare payment information onto Excel Spreadsheet
• Post bad debt
• Post to General Ledgers
• Verify email deposits if they have been posted
• Incoming calls from brokers, TM, or customers
• Analyze customer accounts when issues occur

• A minimum of 2 years of Account Receivable Experience
• Associate Degree
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Bilingual, English/Spanish
• Microsoft Office Suite Excel, word, and outlook.
• Clean Background
• Drug-free workplace
