Project Manager

Allegiance Group is partnered with a well-established General Contractor based in Hauppauge, NY, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. Our client specializes in the delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects, working across complex and high-value developments throughout the region. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and project execution, they are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through to successful completion. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders Monitor project costs and financial performanceLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Identify and manage project risks, issues, and potential delays Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Work closely with site teams to ensure efficient project execution Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company and site safety requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction Experience managing large-scale and/or high-value construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and cost control Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach and strong attention to detail Relevant construction/project management qualifications are advantageous 401(K) with company % match PTO Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Allegiance Group
