Croker Fire Drill Corporation is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to help keep critical fire and life safety projects on track. In this role, you'll coordinate project documentation, manage project records, support client communications, and work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities What You'll Do

• Request and collect documentation and information from clients and floor plan vendors 
• Review, annotate, and track floor plan and riser diagram projects 
• Maintain and organize project files in both paper and electronic formats 
• Prepare building footprints using floor plans and supporting documentation 
• Update and maintain project records, building folders, and project status information in company databases 
• Monitor project progress and ensure documentation remains accurate and current 
• Draft professional correspondence and project-related communications 
• Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries 
• Support internal teams by providing accurate project updates and documentation 
• Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within established deadlines 

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, project administration, or a related role  
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business applications 
• High level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment 
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills 
• Professional and customer-focused approach
