Emergency Medicine Residency Program Director - Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a dynamic and forward-thinking Program Director to oversee our esteemed Emergency Medicine Residency program. The perfect candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for teaching, research, collaboration, and engaging in fulfilling clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct the Emergency Medicine Residency Program, ensuring high standards of quality, outcomes, and adherence to ACGME, institutional, and departmental guidelines. This includes collaboration with a comprehensive array of EM fellowship programs.
Manage curriculum development and foster an educational atmosphere that equips residents for independent practice, scholarship, and leadership roles in emergency medicine.
Lead a team dedicated to achieving these critical objectives across a multi-site training framework.
Recruit and nurture exceptional residents while promoting professional identity formation, mentorship, and career advancement.
Further the departmental mission through teaching, research, faculty development, and delivering top-notch clinical care.

Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal applicant must hold board certification in Emergency Medicine and possess at least three years of experience in residency program leadership.
