Senior Accountant Internal Reporting

General Responsibilities
- Coordination and preparation of Mitsui reports/requests
- Monitor global transfer pricing activity and record adjustments as needed
- Oversee various tax savings initiatives
- Participate in the annual financial audit
- Adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS), and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree or comparable training in Accounting and 4+ years of Finance/Accounting experience.
- CPA is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong experience in both private and public accounting sectors is preferred, but not required.
- Proven working knowledge of multinational accounting standards (U.S. GAAP, IFRS, etc.) and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of development and integration of financial information systems utilizing SAP and BPC applications.
- Excellent technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify issues and solutions and ensure timely project completion with minimal supervision.
