We are seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team and help us maintain our position as a market leader. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Write SEO-rich blog articles, leveraging intermediate knowledge of SEO tools to optimize content and drive organic traffic. Take ownership of writing cold emails, targeting potential clients, and generating sales-qualified leads (SQLs). Ideate and create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, in line with our brand voice and target audience. Write compelling copy for advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and branding guidelines. Work closely with the graphics designer to bring visual content to life and enhance the impact of marketing materials. Conduct research on competitor analysis, lead generation, market trends, and other relevant topics to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Utilize tools like Zoho and Salesforce for marketing automation, lead management, and campaign tracking. Stay up-to-date with digital transformation processes and industry best practices, incorporating them into the marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the IT services sector. Intermediate knowledge of SEO tools and best practices. Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content across various formats. Experience in social media management, including content creation and audience engagement. Experience running Facebook, Google and LinkedIn Ads Familiarity with marketing tools like Zoho, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms. Knowledge of digital transformation processes and their application in marketing initiatives. Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
