Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive patient care by conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress in collaboration with dermatologists and other medical professionals.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding skin conditions, treatment options, preventive care, and post-care management.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and enhance clinical outcomes through collaborative approaches.
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, facilitate referrals to specialists as necessary, and initiate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and competency evaluations to ensure adherence to hospital policies and departmental goals.

Compensation and Benefits
