Key Responsibilities

As a Physician Assistant, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical exams to diagnose medical conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed physicians, including managing chronic diseases and acute injuries.
• Assist in surgical procedures and other interventions, ensuring that protocols for patient safety and comfort are followed.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote health and well-being.
• Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s degree in a Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic medical software applications.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably across multiple specialties, will be given preference. A demonstrated interest in surgical procedures and an understanding of perioperative care will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
