This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute personalized therapy treatment plans for patients focusing on early intervention and same-day evaluation to optimize recovery.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments and follow-up evaluations, interpreting clinical data and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and specific clinical indicators.
• Maintain accurate patient records, performing regular chart reviews and documentation in compliance with established protocols.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care based on patient history and evolving needs.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of complex medical diagnoses, including contra-indications and precautions necessary for safe therapy practice.

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the Florida State Board.
