Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our rehabilitation center, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to patient care. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to develop individualized therapeutic treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities tailored to their specific conditions, aiming for pain relief and physical well-being.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise programs to facilitate ongoing recovery.
• Utilize advanced modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy as necessary under your supervision.
• Monitor and document patient progress, including range of motion evaluations, strength assessments, and functionality improvements.
• Prepare treatment areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized and ready for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational and Speech-Language Therapists, in providing coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Support patients emotionally throughout their rehabilitation journeys, creating a motivating and encouraging atmosphere.
• Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and respecting patient rights.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
