Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at relieving pain and restoring functional mobility.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on proper therapeutic procedures and exercises to ensure continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Regularly monitor and document patient responses to treatment interventions and adjust care plans accordingly to maximize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies during the performance of duties.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care pathways for patients with complex needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practice methodologies in treatment planning and progress evaluation to ensure optimal care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on your caseload and level of experience.
