Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of patients' medical histories and current physical conditions through consultations and assessments.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and create individualized, progressive treatment plans that focus on achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise techniques to instruct patients on the proper execution of exercises that promote strength and mobility.
• Implement manual therapy techniques such as massage and mobilization to alleviate pain and stimulate recovery.
• Guide patients in the effective use of medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any necessary adjustments to care.
• Educate patients and their families on in-home care strategies and exercises that support continuity of treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care that respects the input of all providers involved.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your practice will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A valid state Physical Therapy license to practice in Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, particularly in orthopedic therapy.
• Strong foundation in assessing and treating diverse health conditions.
• Proficient word processing and computer skills for maintaining patient records and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specialized rehabilitation techniques or certifications.
• Previous roles that involved mentorship or training of junior staff or interns.
• Exposure to a collaborative healthcare environment that supports interprofessional collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
