Work Environment

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 6 PM, which allows for a balanced work-life environment. Additionally, you will engage in home care settings, providing flexibility and allowing for more personalized patient interactions in their comfort zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify and address patients' goals and rehabilitation requirements.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, providing dedicated attention and personalized treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of cost-effective treatment modalities aimed at improving range of motion and overall mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to help reduce pain and mitigate the need for medications or surgical alternatives.
• Create and implement detailed care plans that incorporate multiple therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs to support patients in achieving their health goals.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their recovery process to optimize their functional abilities and quality of life.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring comprehensive patient care through effective communication.
• Continuously assess treatment outcomes, monitor patient progress, and document care services accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Holistic Health PT Clinic, we primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Active Florida state license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to implement effective exercise programs.
• Experienced in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an orthopedic outpatient center.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored to pain management and rehabilitation.
• Experience working in home care settings is a plus, given our integrated approach.

Compensation and Benefits
