Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive physical therapy treatments focused on preventing disabilities, alleviating pain, enhancing muscle function, and promoting maximum performance according to customized care plans.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities by utilizing diagnostic tests to assess muscle, nerve, and joint function.
• Design and administer specific manual therapeutic exercises, instructing and motivating patients in both manual and non-manual rehabilitation exercises to foster independence and mobility.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities, including traction, massage, and other physical agents to facilitate effective treatment plans.
• Evaluate, fit, and adjust orthotic and prosthetic devices, collaborating closely with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in working within a diverse patient population that encompasses orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatrics, and outpatient therapy. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing each patient's functional capabilities post-injury or surgery, while also addressing the unique therapeutic needs associated with age-related conditions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's Degree or Doctorate is highly desirable.
• Active State licensure as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• A minimum of two years of practical experience in physical therapy settings, particularly with a focus on orthopedics and geriatric care.
• Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic assessment methods, treatment strategies, and individualized patient care planning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills are essential for patient interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Experience in acute care or outpatient settings, along with advanced skills in specialized therapeutic techniques, will enhance your candidacy. Furthermore, familiarity with evidence-based practices in orthopedic rehabilitation is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
