Work Environment

The work environment at our Miramar Beach office is professional, supportive, and dynamic. As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with two other physical therapists and a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide the highest standard of care. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while meeting the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each patient's goals and requirements, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and quality care during each session.
• Utilize your expertise in physical therapy to provide cost-effective treatments aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Explore alternatives to medications and surgical interventions through innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate manual therapy, modalities, and exercise protocols.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs addressing the unique needs and objectives of each patient.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their recovery journey to enhance their level of functionality.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, providing progress reports and maintaining clear communication with patients and the healthcare team.
• Document all patient care services accurately, upholding the highest standards of record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily focuses on orthopedic cases, treating a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes seeking rehabilitation, and patients managing chronic pain conditions. We aim to enhance each patient's quality of life through targeted interventions, fostering strength, flexibility, and coordination while reducing dependency on pharmacological solutions.

Qualifications

• Earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess a valid Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Maintain a clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and hands-on rehabilitation.
• Exceptional aptitude for creating and implementing effective exercise plans tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within an orthopedic outpatient setting, with demonstrated success in patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Proven ability to foster patient relationships and promote adherence to treatment plans.
• Strong understanding of current trends and advancements in physical therapy practices, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement options, and professional development opportunities.
