Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to understand their physical health, functional abilities, and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans focused on achieving patients' individual rehabilitation goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities, ensuring each approach is tailored to the patient's progress.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, home exercise regimens, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and wellness.
• Document patient progress meticulously and maintain accurate medical records that comply with regulatory standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, coordinated patient care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's health are addressed.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in the field of physical therapy, integrating new methodologies into practice to enrich patient care.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is required.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy or a related field, showcasing a strong foundation of knowledge and practical skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Active Life Physiotherapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and education.
