Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inclusive and effective physical therapy treatments that have a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
• Evaluate patient needs by conducting comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized care plans that align with patient goals and conditions.
• Utilize state-of-the-art software to objectively measure patient progress and outcomes, tracking efficacy and making adjustments as necessary.
• Thoroughly document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries with minimal administrative burden to prioritize patient care.
• Interpret assessment data to cater to the age-specific needs of each patient, adapting therapeutic strategies for optimal effectiveness.
• Provide care in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and hospital standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will work with a varied patient demographic facing both orthopedic and neurologic challenges. This includes post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Your expertise will help transform patient recovery trajectories and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. It is essential to hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida. A temporary permit will be accepted from qualified applicants who are in the process of securing their permanent licensure. Additionally, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required to ensure patient safety during care delivery.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome recent graduates, candidates with prior experience in orthopedic settings will be given preference. Familiarity with clinical software for tracking patient progress and efficiency in documentation will be beneficial.
