Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical history and performing specific assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Clearly explain evaluation findings and treatment options to patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting for rehabilitation.
• Implement effective treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique needs, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with facility policies and best practices.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities and techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our facility to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
