Position Overview

Revive Mobility Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and energetic full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic outpatient team located in the picturesque Miramar Beach, Florida. This role is primarily onsite, providing you the opportunity to engage directly with our patients in a collaborative environment. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with caseload and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing comprehensive therapy plans tailored to each patient's individual needs, emphasizing early intervention and immediate evaluation to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Ensuring efficient clinical workflows that optimize patient capture, referral processing, and scheduling to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to maintain a professional and engaging working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, and patient safety.
• Identifying clinical improvement opportunities in partnership with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to enhance service effectiveness and patient outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication initiatives and engagement activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population comprising individuals who are rehabilitating from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic illnesses. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality care to support each patient's specific needs, helping them regain mobility, improve functionality, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills essential for interacting with patients and their families.
• The ability to navigate a fast-paced clinical environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability in treatment approaches.
