Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and document findings accurately.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans with patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal setting and progress discussions.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to patient evaluations and changing health conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, recognizing when modifications or additional referrals are necessary.
• Carry out discharge planning and provide follow-up care recommendations, maintaining detailed and precise documentation of all patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on treating patients with spinal conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, and other rehabilitative needs. You will work with a diverse group of patients, ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults addressing chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Valid state physical therapy license to practice in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

It's a Spinal Therapeutic Solutions offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
