Work Environment

The Nurse Practitioner will work onsite at our outpatient office located in the vibrant city of Orlando, Florida. Your typical schedule will involve standard hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Additionally, participation in community health fairs and outreach events, often scheduled during weekends, is an important aspect of this role, maximizing our impact outside the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth health assessments and screenings for patients, taking into account their unique backgrounds and health profiles.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions with a focus on preventive care and health promotion, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support.
• Work in partnership with community organizations to develop, implement, and refine innovative health education programs that address the needs of our community.
• Deliver culturally competent care while advocating for patient rights and improving access to essential healthcare services.
• Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up care to guarantee a seamless continuum of care and support for all patients.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 180,000 to 200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
