Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced-level care to patients, maintaining a focus on women's health issues such as obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive health.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions for managing chronic and acute medical conditions.
• Perform a variety of non-invasive and invasive procedures, including routine examinations, prenatal care, and surgical assistance as needed.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment in patient management while collaborating with attending physicians and healthcare team members for complex cases.
• Act as a mentor and resource for junior staff, including nurses and residents, sharing best practices and enhancing our collaborative clinical environment.

Our patient demographic includes women of all ages seeking a range of services, from preventive health measures to complex obstetric care. As a Nurse Practitioner at Embrace OB/GYN Center, you will engage with patients in a variety of clinical settings, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and empathy. You will play a crucial role in addressing the unique healthcare needs of women, providing education and support for prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, and general gynecological health.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or PhD in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses in Florida, with no restrictions.
• Current AHA BLS/CPR certification.
• DEA certification must be obtained within three months of hire.
• Strong clinical skills substantiated by a minimum of one year of relevant nursing practice experience in outpatient obstetrics and gynecology.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of outpatient nurse practitioner experience specifically in Women's Health.
• Experience in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to handle complex patient scenarios with sound judgment while maintaining a compassionate approach.

Compensation and Benefits
